New submission deadline for Tournament 3 - "Vrrrpa! Wanna dice chaana?"

We are moving the final submission date to the 22nd of August, 23:59 With the many features added in phase 3 we felt it necessary to give the community extra time to prepare their bots for the final deadline. We are thankful to the extremely helpful community for spotting edge cases to test for bugs, in order for us to run the finals on a clean code base. This will give contestants an additional 2 weeks (relative to the old date) to build up their bots, and make the ultimate AI to compete at C…
