Cannot generate access keys

Howdy guys,

I’m trying to follow the Getting Started guide but cannot create my access keys.

  1. I go to Entelect Challenge
  2. I click “Generate access keys”
  3. Button spins a while and becomes active again
  4. Nothing else happens - no access keys are given.

Looking at the network tab in chrome I can see the following in the response:
“{“message”:“The user with name 25468d8e-560b-45ef-8be2-a497607b3d45 cannot be found. (Service: AmazonIdentityManagement; Status Code: 404; Error Code: NoSuchEntity; Request ID: e52ad7c7-ccbd-4040-9b0a-b10378de1901; Proxy: null)”,“code”:“PlayerNotFoundException”}”

Am I missing something?

Alright @Koos I think I found the problem.
I can see you registered for the website, but I can’t see your entry into the 2023 Entelect Challenge.
That means there is some account setup that is required for generating the access that hasn’t happened yet.
You can navigate to the player portal on the website, and do it from there.

Please let me know if this sorts out the problem.
