Damage and range constants

The gamestate file has e.g. :
“freezeDuration”: 5,
“range”: 5,
“count”: 3,
“freezeRadius”: 1

These are going to be constant and the same in the tournament, right?

In the latest starter pack we included some community feedback in terms of balancing. The values are now final and it will be the same in the tournament.
