Hi, can’t seem to figure out how to accept another team member into my team. he has entered the team code, but still shows just me in the team. Please assist.

From what I can see in our records, you are currently registered as studying at the “University of Cape Town”, whereas the individual joining you is from the “University of Witswatersrand”.
We have a rule in place that members of a team are required to be from the same university.
We will be investigating the issue to make sure we display the correct and relevant error message in the future.
