Selection and Frozen worms (#85)
As per the game rules, if your current work is frozen you can now use the select command to play with a different worm.
Next worm selection (#84)
In the previous version of the game engine, if your current worm died, worm selection would start from the beginning instead of continuing to the next living worm. This has now been resolved to behave more predictably.
