Using Powerup score

What is the score for using powerup?
Seems its missing in rules.md

@Ehsan using a powerup increases your score by 4 - all the values for scoring can be found in the game-config.json file (in this case the USE_POWERUP_BONUS)

Theres a ticket on github to add that to the readme, we got a bit distracted with preparations for the upcoming tournament
